  3. Strengthen: What skills, strengths, and qualities do I already have that I can rely on right now?
  4. Inspire: Who inspires me, and why? What can I learn from the way they have faced setbacks or uncertainty?
  5. Learn: What lessons is this experience teaching me? How can these insights guide my next decisions?
  6. Innovate: What new approaches can I explore for my career path? What roles, industries, or possibilities have I not considered yet?
  7. Engage: Who can I reach out to for support or guidance? How can I stay connected to my community or network during this season?
  8. Nurture: What self-care practices will help me stay grounded and supported, physically, emotionally, and mentally?
  9. Commit: What short-term goals can I set for myself? What specific steps will I take to follow through?
  10. Evolve: How do I want to grow through this experience? What changes am I willing to embrace as I move forward?
